摘要

压缩传感是一种全新的数据采集、处理方式,它能够从极少数的观测样本中准确的恢复出原始数据.这个特点使其能够很好的应用在具有稀疏特性的通信环境下.对压缩传感及其在稀疏信道估计中的应用进行研究,总结了应用压缩传感进行信号采集、处理的一般方法.在系统阐述压缩传感理论之后,以具有稀疏性的超宽带通信信道和OFDM水声通信信道为例,验证了应用压缩传感理论进行稀疏信道估计的有效性.仿真实验结果表明压缩传感方法能够充分利用信道的稀疏特性,在降低采样速率和提高信道估计精度方面具有明显的优势.

Abstract

Compressed sensing is a new theory of collection and processing data,in which a sparse signal can be reconstructed successfully from far fewer data/measurements.The quality of Channel estimation which is seemed as one of the OFDM key techniques impacts on overall system performance directly.In this paper,we consider channel estimation using the compressed sensing for the sparse channels such as ultra-wideband channel and underwater acoustic channel in OFDM systems.This work leads to a common describe of sparse channel estimation based on compressed sensing.Other work is focused on expatiations for the compressed theory in several points and summarizing the methods of signals collection and processing based on compressed sensing. Theoretical analysis and numerical simulations show that the compressed sensing method can serve as an advantage in reducing sampling rate and improving channel estimation precision.
