In this paper,knowledge-based economy as the starting piont,study on the Chang-Ji-Tu regional eonomic and high-tech industries,from the overall high-tech industries and the department of high-tech industries,and high-tech industry development in various sectors in the economy's role to identify the leading industries priority development strategy,and explore the economic development of the pilot model for the development of open Chang-Ji-Tu plans to support the construction of the pilot areas.
