摘要

米糠中的植酸是一种性能优良的缓蚀剂,在引入微波、超声波联合处理工艺从米糠中提取植酸,采用正交试验方法确定最优提取条件。采用失重实验、金相显微镜测试、电化学分析方法,研究了植酸浸提液对铜H62的缓蚀性能。结果表明,超声波处理时间为20 min,微波处理时间为3 min,酸浸时间为1.5 h,液料比1:9时,植酸提取率为6.75%;模拟发电厂循环水体系,确定在体系中植酸浓度为5 mg/L时对铜H62的缓蚀率为94.16%。

Abstract

The phytic acid is an excellent copper corrosion inhibitor.In this paper,the microwave and ultrasonic aligned process technology was used to extract phytic acid from rice bran,and orthogonal test method was adopted to study the optimum extraction factor.The weight loss experiments,metallographic microscopy test and electrochemical analysis method were applied to investigate corrosion inhibition performance of phytic acid extract to copper H62.The results showed that the extraction rate of phytic acid was 6.75% when the ultrasonic treatment time was 20 min,the microwave treatment time was 3 min,the acid leaching time was 1.5 h and the liquid ratio was 1:9.The simulated power plant circulating water system was used to research corrosion inhibition performance of phytic acid extract to copper H62.The inhibition efficiency of extract to H62 was 94.16% when the concentration of phytic acid was about 5 mg/L.
