摘要

传统的电网知识挖掘,仅仅是对电网数据库进行挖掘,是一个相对孤立且封闭的发现过程,忽略了知识的再创新,本文提出一种新的电网知识发现策略,它将电网数据库和电网知识库有机的联系起来,构建基于双库协同机制的电网知识协同发现模型,视电网知识库的发现为一个可扩展的和不断进化的动态系统,同时对电网两库进行挖掘,实现电网知识库与电网数据库的同步进化,改变与优化了传统电网知识发现的过程和运行机制,实现多源头聚焦与减少平价量,提高了电网挖掘效率。通过实例验证该模型在电网短期负荷预测知识协同发现过程中同层次的综合考评,实现对预测方式进行的优化或细化更新预测知识。

Abstract

Traditional power grid knowledge mining,just on the grid database mining,the discovery process is a relatively isolated and closed,and then ignore the knowledge innovation,this paper proposes a new Grid knowledge discovery strategy,it will grid database and grid Knowledge Base organic linking,build collaborative grid based on double bases cooperating mechanism knowledge discovery model found,depending on the power grid knowledge base for a scalable and dynamic system evolving,mining,grid knowledge base and the grid at the same time on the grid library database synchronization evolution, change and optimize the traditional grid knowledge discovery process and operation mechanism,the multi-source focus and reduce parity amount to improve grid efficiency of mining. Verified by an example of the model grid short-term load forecasting knowledge discovery process with a comprehensive evaluation of the level of synergy,to achieve prediction,optimization or refinement updated forecast knowledge.
