摘要

本文采用SST k-ω紊流模型对非定常条件下尾迹对动叶栅的影响进行了数值模拟。对动叶500 rpm,100 rpm和2000 rpm条件下的不同截面,以及2000 rpm工况下一个周期内不同时刻的温度等值线图进行分析。结果表明:动叶栅内温度随着动叶转速的增加而增加,而温度随叶片高度的变化几乎可以忽略不计,当于尾迹扫过的频率增加,尾迹带来的湍流强度,抑制了分离区的的分离,进而抑制了动叶尾迹的脱落。

Abstract

The SST k-ω turbulence model was performed to investigate the effects of unsteady wakes on the first grade cascade.Different sections which under conditions of rotor 500 rpm,100 rpm and 2 000 rpm,along with the Temperature contours at different times in a period which under the conditions of 2 000 rpm were analyzed. Simulation results showed that the temperature in the rotor cascade rises with the increase of rotation speed of rotor,while it with the change of blade height is almost negligible.With the increase of frequency of wakes,the separation of separation area was inhibited by the turbulence intensity which is brought by wakes, then inhibits the shedding of rotor wakes.
