Abstract

The insight of the dynamic behaviors of doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) is of great important due to the generator are widely utilized.Base on a 9th-order model of DFIG wind turbine system,limit speed with pitch angle control strategy is used for wind prime mover part and space vector with stator flux oriented control strategy is used for the electrical part.Aim at the study of the DFIG response to the power system regular control,step-up wind variations and grid fault (LVRT Ability).The results of the simulation using DIgSILENT suggest that the modeling and the control strategy presented in the paper is accurate and valid.
