Instruction for Journal of Northeast Electric Power University

This journal adopts an online submission system. To submit a manuscript, authors must log in to the official website of Journal of Northeast Electric Power University (https://xb.neepu.edu.cn/), click the button labeled "Author Submission & Manuscript Tracking", or directly access the online submission system via https://xb.neepu.edu.cn/Journalx/authorLogOn.action. After entering the system, authors should click the "Author Submission" button and follow the required procedures to submit their manuscripts.

By having their papers published in this journal, authors are deemed to have transferred, on a worldwide basis, the rights they hold in the paper (including all language versions) — such as the right of reproduction, right of distribution, right of information network transmission, right of translation, and right of compilation — to the Editorial Office of Journal of Northeast Electric Power University. The Editorial Office will pay authors a one-time remuneration (which includes the copyright transfer fee). All full-text papers published in this journal are included in databases such as CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure), Wanfang Data, VIP Information, and Superstar. Submitting a manuscript to this journal is deemed as the author’s consent to the online publication of the manuscript, and the relevant remuneration is already included in the remuneration paid by this journal to the author. Authors must sign a copyright transfer agreement when submitting their manuscripts; the template of the copyright transfer agreement can be downloaded from the Download Center on the journal’s official homepage.
