Abstract

The research of load optimal dispatch benefits the economic operation and scientific management.The target function of coal consumption minimum based on unit coal consumption characteristics was established;then,double optimization of unit start-stop and load distribution was achieved with the consideration of constraint condition and time constraint using enhanced particle swarm optimization algorithm,which contains the information of unit start-stop;compared with equal incremental principle,dispatching results were more economic.
