Abstract

With limestone/gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) technology is widely used in fuelburning power in China, scaling produced easily in WFGD desulfurization system operation, which causing GGH to run high pressure difference and blockage. This is the needest solved problem of power plant. The flue gas desulfurization system in Beilun power plant GGH and removing blockage sprayer equipment in different positions,to analyze the composition and distribution of the blockage,put forward some feasible measures. The results of this study has a strong guiding significance to improve the economy and reliability of flue gas desulfurization system of GGH operation in power plant.
